Kavita Chawla, Dietician

is a nationally recognized nutrition and wellness expert from Delhi Dietician Association who has inspired many to lose weight and get fit. With her high energy, down-to-earth charm, Kavita passionately motivates all audiences to take action and helping big corporate people learn how to eat clean to get lean.

Kavita is a nutrition spokesperson, author, speaker, and provides nutritional counseling to a wide range of clients including: CEOs,IT Heads news anchors, stay-at-home moms, and children of various schools and colleges . Kavita travels throughout North and South India speaking to organizations who want to help employees improve their health and performance.

Kavita has served as a nutrition spokesperson for numerous clients including: DAV,APS, of (Delhi/NCR, City), and various NGOs of Faridabad

Prior to this, Kavita completed several unique and high level internships that have helped shape her broad perspective and expertise in sports nutrition. In 1998, Kavita completed an internship at the RML Hospital New Delhi. In 1999, Kavita was appointed as the Nutritionist Staffer for the Personal Point, Kavita started her clinic in 2004 since then she is into clinical training and planning at the highly competitive diet plans for weightloss,weightgain,PCOD,diabetes,thyroid,and other therapeutic diets.

Kavita earned her B.Sc.and DDPHN degree in Health & Nutrition Science

In her free time, Kavita enjoys spending time with her family,friends, reading, meditation, spreading Sahaj Yoga and staying active by helping needy and under privileged people, weight training. Kavita loves getting creative in the kitchen and exploring new dishes during her travels. Kavita lives in the Rajasthan and North India ,Delhi/NCR City area with her family.
