According to the payment policy, the client must pay the amount in advance. The amount received is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
If, for a medical or other emergent reason, the client is unable to continue the program, the client may transfer the remaining number of days to a friend or family member. The new client will need to pay only for the consultation fees, as a new case study is required. Multiple transfers are not allowed.
