The time and effort both the client and the dietician put in are beneficial only if both are sincere to each other. While the dietician is committed to doing their best, the same level of commitment is expected from the client. The client is encouraged to set a high bar in terms of commitment, honesty, respect, and patience before embarking on this journey and to maintain it throughout.

The dietician aims to change the client’s lifestyle in terms of eating preferences and habits for the better. This process requires time and effort from the client’s side. Kindly do not expect a quick fix for treating Thyroid, PCOD/S, or Diabetes, as it would be unrealistic. Lifestyle changes are about changing habits, so do not expect miracles in a week or a month. Diseases may or may not be fully cured but can be managed with diet and lifestyle modifications, as the dietician focuses on the root cause rather than symptoms.

As weight management depends on the client’s current weight, it is important to share the weight before any new diet plan or when asked by the nutritionist. If the client does not provide this information, the nutritionist reserves the right to withhold any new plan and cannot be held responsible for any results.

The dietician encourages the client to ask questions to understand the logic behind recommendations. Every recommendation will have a valid reason, and the dietician is happy to share this knowledge with the client. Clients are requested to restrict their questions to this purpose only. Challenging the dietician to satisfy ego would hamper the respectful and trustworthy relationship required between both parties.

We believe in improving your health and healing your inner self through natural courses, but if needed, the dietician might recommend some dietary supplements.

The client is requested to acknowledge the effort of the nutritionist and maintain dignity and respect at all times. Any use of foul language will lead to the termination of services without any refund.

The client is responsible for their own actions and needs to understand that the dietician can only guide and coach but cannot control what the client consumes versus what was prescribed.

The website or dieticians do NOT guarantee 5, 10, or 20-kilo weight loss programs. A human body can safely lose 2-3 kilos/inches in a month, and the fat one loses with us will not bounce back as long as the client remains self-disciplined. Our diet plans are not short-term solutions; they are sustainable for a lifetime, resulting in permanent lifestyle changes.

This is an online program with two scheduled calls during the course of the program. As the nutritionist is always serving clients, calls without prior messages may not be answered.

It is advisable to use the same weighing machine during the course of the program for effective validation of results.

Breaks: We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle changes.

Payments: The client agrees to make full payment at the start of the program.

Upgrades: A program, once enrolled in, can ONLY be upgraded within 10 days of the start date. Downgrades are not allowed.

Transfers: If, for a medical or other emergent reason, the client is unable to continue the program, the client can transfer it to a friend or family member at the cost of the consultation fee. Multiple transfers are not allowed.
